After the roads were safe enough for her to navigate her way home after the main flooding event, my wife decided to throw an After-Harvey Potluck Party and invited all we knew and asked them to invite their neighbors as well. We had a very large turnout, meeting new neighbors and enjoying our time not being cooped up for several days.
