    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Normally water comes in and recedes within a few days, but due to the damn release, my home was flooded for weeks with no yard available for demolition materials, and no way to get trucks in and out.  We couldn&#039;t start the remediation until September 8th, and by then the mold was rampant throughout the home with the high heat and humidity, no air circulation, and who knows what types of microbes that came in with sewer backup and bayou flooding.  The attached pic is an example of various shades of black, green, grey penicillin growth found on the walls!]]></dcterms:description>
