    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Around 10pm on August 27, 2017, after it rained all day, we wandered outside to realize that our cul-de-sac was flooded. We don&#039;t usually flood unless we get heavy rain in a short amount of time. Luckily, the rain had stopped and the water drained away quickly without getting into any homes.]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[Traffic on Grand Parkway 2 weeks after Harvey]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Traffic was horrendous for the few weeks following Hurricane Harvey because flooding had not receded in certain parts of the city and we were forced to use only a few main routes. Highway 99 (Grand Parkway) traffic was especially heavy between 1093 (Westheimer) and I-10. This picture was on Sept 6, 2017,  about 10 days after the hurricane.  Traveling on 99 from the Westpark Tollway to Cinco Ranch Blvd (usually a 5 minute drive or less) took 30 minutes or so because you couldn&#039;t divert to side streets because of flooding.]]></dcterms:description>
