    <dcterms:title><![CDATA[Neighbors Being Evacuated via a City Truck]]></dcterms:title>
    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Our neighbors being evacuated via the truck already had 0-5 feet of water in their homes.  At the insistence of a rescue worker, my family evacuated less than an hour after I took this photo.  Although our lot is on a leg of the main Buffalo Bayou artery, our home didn&#039;t flood.  After rising over 29 feet, the Buffalo Bayou water stopped rising just 3/8 of an inch short of our front door threshold.  Nevertheless, we did have to stay evacuated for eight days, plus another couple of days without power.]]></dcterms:description>

I happen to post this picture on Facebook September 12th 2017. That night. her daughter reached out to me and said Mr Downey this was one of the seniors I asked you to reach out on social media to help obtain rescue because they had not seen any boats, helicopters or emergency vehicles in their community. You did this for my mother who was eventually rescued by helicopter as the waters were rising. Thank you for what you&#039;ve done.]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[This is a photograph of Trinity Garden Church of Christ after Hurricane Harvey it opened as a emergency provision, and much needed cleaning materials center for four weeks following hurricane Harvey for all of Houston. Volunteers from the community helped at the center. Donations came in from all over the country. This church help to supply other churches in the community as well.]]></dcterms:description>
