That night. her daughter reached out to me and said Mr Downey this was one of the seniors I asked you to reach out on social media to help obtain rescue because they had not seen any boats, helicopters or emergency vehicles in their community. You did this for my mother who was eventually rescued by helicopter as the waters were rising.
