Description

Houston Food Bank began operating 24 hours a day in order to help the community immediately following Hurricane Harvey. Over two hundred and seventy food bank partners worked with the Houston Food Bank to provide disaster relief to the community in the months following the storm. MREs, clothing, water, and packaged foods were brought by the truckload to the Houston Food Bank warehouse, where they were processed and organized by Food Bank staff members.
