Andrew White took photos of flooded streetsfrom his boat, as he actively saved many victims via his boat during Hurricane Harvey. Andrew White was recruited by the police department. On the morning of Sunday, Aug. 27, 2018, White received a phone call from the police department
the police asked White if he had a boat. White said "yes" and assisted police in rescuing people suffering during Hurricane Harvey recovery.
