A Couple People Approach an Apartment Complex in a Rescue Boat
Description
Two people make their way up the stairs of an apartment complex entrance on a small boat. One man stands on the steps in flood water, while the other kneels on the top side of the boat, reaching for the handrail to stabilize. The boat squeezes between two handrails on either side of the stairwell. There is also some foliage in the water which drowned.
