Andrew White helped bring many people to safety in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. He used his boat to pick people up who were stranded and in need of rescue. He picked up the young woman sitting next to him in the photo as well as others and brought them to safety. In the background of the photo, there is an intersection, and one of the cross streets is Lakeside Forest Ln.
