Description
In this image police officers with Rice University along with Rice EMS personnel assisted with the emergency transport of a woman who was in labor. She was safely taken to a hospital in the Texas Medical Center. The patient was brought in by a military helicopter that landed in the parking lot of the Rice Football Stadium.
