Description
I took this image while carpooling fellow employees home. This was taken on HWY 90 between Liberty & Dayton. This was a very long procession of military vehicles driving in the Westbound lanes that had been shut down. We waved at them excitedly as we sat bumper to bumper in a flooded roadway, and they all waved back. It was such a great moment of that storm
