High Water? Just Wait a Few Days!
Description
Harvey gave us a bit of a break on August 27th, and as I did not have television service, I went out for a wade to see how things were looking. I took this image from on top of a bridge on Kirkwood running over Terry Hershey park... normally a dry area of the park, but a 'High Water' sign ironically sitting in the middle of the flood waters. Little did I know the worst was to come, with the flood gates from the damns opening two days later...
