This image was taken of a truck while driving along I-45 North. Evidently, the driver was pulling out of a driveway and was turning right when the vehicle got stuck.
I took this picture during Hurricane Harvey, around noon on August 27. It was the street in front of my home. We left soon after this photo was taken, traveling north to Humble.
Water came about 2 ft from our front door as the neighborhood storm drains just stopped working. We received 24ft of water in 24 hours in the creek behind our neighborhood. Luckily we had evacuated 24 hours before.
