Rising water from the san Jacinto river. River is approximately 3 to 5 miles away. Water line is on the outer edge of humble city limits.

Destruction from the rising san Jacinto river on nearby condos. The rising water pushed sand from the river bed with high levels of water causing structures to break apart.
