Buffalo Bayou crept up higher than I have seen it, flooding homes and businesses on the south side of Allen Parkway. This photo was taken after it had subsided a fair amount.

Flooding on the south side of Allen Parkway, at Taft. It took days for this garage to drain. This was taken after the waters had subsided from their peak.
