This piano once belonged to my great grandmother. It's home was in my mother's house all of my childhood. Five feet of flooding took her out. The home had never flooded before.

This is flooding in Lochshire subdivision in Huffman, TX. This photo was taken close to the entrance of the neighborhood. Nearly all the homes and golf course in this subdivision were flooded by Luce bayou.

Upon entering our flooded home, the images were terrifying. This is my china cabinet given to me by a relative. We lost everything except some things we washed off. Harvey is one reason God won't show us our destiny. It would be too much.
