Front yard and driveway of my duplex apartment on Harold Street in the Winlow Place subdivision of Montrose. The street drained remarkably well and water never approached the parked car or the house.
On Monday, we drove over to the Buffalo Bayou Park area, but there was still several feet of water over Allen Parkway. This photo was taken as we walked around to see what we could of the park. The park was still completely flooded at that time.
